This tastes exactly like roibos tea, and I haven’t seen any results as yet, but I’m sure it’s because it’s Christmas
So far so good: bought it on the 5th March 2024 and I yea bag gave me three strong cups. Second day I noticed that my appetite has been suppressed and even when I eat at dinner time, a smoothie is all I crave. I am waiting for a week to start weighing but I am impressed
