is it blocking my carbs, i’m assuming so, i dont eat many on the keto diet but on my one cheat/ish day where i had a sexy lil woolies lasagne i didn’t gain any weight whereas before i would get super bloated and gain like 4kg of water weight over night, also makes me feel way fuller than i actually am so we love that

They really do seem to work, I have been on a low carb diet for a while, but then normally if I do eat high carbs I get bloated and cramps. However if I take these carb blockers I don’t experience any bloating or cramps.
