Rehydrating Green Recover Smoothie [Gluten-Free, Vegan, Nut-Free]


  1. Makes 1 large smoothie
  2. 1 Cup coconut water
  3. 1 Cup baby spinach
  4. 1 Cup frozen mango chunks
  5. ½ Cup chopped cucumber
  6. ½ avocado, peeled and pitted
  7. 2 scoops Slender You Slender Shake in Natural Vanilla 
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For easier blending, always place the liquid first in the blender followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Pour into a glass or bottle and enjoy after a workout
