- 1 ½ Cup Almond milk
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, chopped and frozen
- 3 medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 4 scoops Slender You Slender Shake Meal Replacer in Natural Chocolate
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until fully combined. Divide the smoothie mixture between the two glasses and serve.
