Chia Pudding, Berry Smoothie Breakfast Parfaits [Vega, Gluten-Free,Refined Sugar-Free]

 

Ingredients

Serves 2

Chia Pudding Layer

  1. ¼ cup chia seeds
  2. 1 cup almond milk
  3. 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  4. 1 scoop Slender You Vegan Slender Shake in natural

Berry Smoothie Layer

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana, peeled sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped and frozen
  • 4 scoops Slender You Vegan Slender Shake in natural

Granola for topping.

Directions

  1. Add all the chia pudding ingredients in a bowl and whisk until fully combined.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. The next day, remove the chia pudding from the fridge and mix to remove any clumps. Divide between two glasses
  4. Make the berry smoothie by adding all the ingredients to a blender and blending until fully combined. Divide the smoothie mixture between the two glasses.
  5. Top with granola and serve.
