Chia Pudding Layer
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 scoop Slender You Vegan Slender Shake in natural
Berry Smoothie Layer
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana, peeled sliced and frozen
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped and frozen
- 4 scoops Slender You Vegan Slender Shake in natural
Granola for topping.
Directions
- Add all the chia pudding ingredients in a bowl and whisk until fully combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- The next day, remove the chia pudding from the fridge and mix to remove any clumps. Divide between two glasses
- Make the berry smoothie by adding all the ingredients to a blender and blending until fully combined. Divide the smoothie mixture between the two glasses.
- Top with granola and serve.
